01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a six6 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a six6 account. six6 does not permit minors to register or participate in any form of betting or gaming on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. six6 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

Registration Requirements

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

02 Account Responsibilities

Once your six6 account is active, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

Account Security

You must keep your six6 login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. six6 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact six6 support immediately.

Account Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number, payment details, or other registered information changes, update your account promptly. six6 is not liable for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account Verification

six6 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification may include submitting a copy of your national ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on six6 are processed through approved local payment methods. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Deposits

• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• six6 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Currency

All transactions on six6 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). six6 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

six6 offers bonuses, vouchers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered six6 players who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.

05 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on six6 are governed by the rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within the platform.

Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed on six6, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or cancellation option for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed before you place your bet.
• six6 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game that was affected by a technical error, incorrect odds, or any other irregularity.

Game Results

All instant games and casino titles on six6 use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the system. If you believe a result is incorrect due to a technical fault, contact six6 support within 24 hours of the game session.

Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game session, six6 will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. six6 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

07 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false information during registration or verification.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

six6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your six6 account voluntarily, contact our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

09 Limitation of Liability

six6 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• six6 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

• Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of six6 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Changes to These Terms
